CARTOGRAPHY, PHOTOGRAMMETRY AND GIS
In a fraction of time we make 3D models of terrain, at lower costs and higher precision (up to 2 inches in x, y, and z axis), this way obtaining all the relevant geographical information for any project for its development, design and execution.
Carthography and Photogrammetry
An Orthomosaic has a geometric correction of the aerial photographs errors (distortion of the lens, distortion caused by the terrain landform or movement of the camera).
Because of this, the orthomosaic is an extremely useful tool for measuring distances and areas in the “x” and “y” plane, with excellent accuracy.
Digital files that contain elevation information of the terrain. These files are the basis for many geographic analysis such as contour lines.
This file is different from the DEM because it only contains the relevant information of the terrain, excluding objects like vegetation, buildings or vehicles that might be on the surface.
These contour lines can be made from 25 cm onwards and since they are not based on topographical profiles, but in a dense cloud geo-referenced points, we can mold the contour of the land so they are more accurate. The file extensions are shape and DWG.
With aerial images we generate 3D models of the terrain in which each point contains spatial information. The file extensions are LAS and PLY.
