PRESICION AGRICULTURE AND VEGETATION ANALYSIS
Precision Agriculture is the modern technique that farmers use to increase productions of their crops. In fly North we use the latest technology in multispectral and hyperspectral camera to analyze the information of the crop such as nutrients, irrigation, plague etc.
- NDVI: Using different wavelengths of the light spectrum we can create a false color image, this image consists of numbers that are on a scale between -1.0 and 1.0. Values closer to 1.0 represent healthy vegetation, while values the ones close to -1.0 represent water, snow and rocks. For example bushes and grass have values between 0.2-0.4.
- Identify areas with soil compaction
CREATE MORE EFFICIENT IRRIGATION SCHEMES
- By using thermal cameras we can observe critical irrigation areas.
